A perfect light appetizer with cocktails. Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of your favorite olives* (choose a variety, sizes colour and flavours)
  • 1/4 Tsp. light oil such as grapeseed
  • 1 Tbsp. Chef Laura’s Mother Harissa Spice Blend

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toss all ingredients together and heat at 350F for ten minutes.
  2. Transfer to a small serving dish and provide a small dish for pits and toothpick to serve.
  3. Chef Laura Tip: My favorite olives are cerignola, niçoise, and castelvetrano, to name a few.
