INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ½ chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped roma tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp Chef Laura’s Sexy Mexi seasoning

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice avocados in half. Remove the peels and place the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados until the consistency is smooth with just a few small lumps.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
  4. Gently fold all ingredients together.
