The roasted garlic in this recipe adds a luxuriously creamy, caramelized rich flavour. You might have to stop yourself from eating this dressing all on its own.
- ¼ cup Chef Laura’s Roasted Garlic
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp water
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- Blend all ingredients together. Use a food processor or Hand Blender (magic stick) for a smooth blended dressing opposed to a loose vinaigrette.
