Jalapeño honey better

Honey Jalapeño butter is the answer.
What was the question?
It’s summer! The tastes of fresh vegetables, sweet corn, sun-ripened
tomatoes and juicy fruits make my mouth tingle at the thought of them.
One thing that defines summer to me is sweet corn on the cob. It is not
summer until I have sunk my teeth into this BBQ, picnic favourite.
I have found only one singular thing makes it better… Jalapeño butter!
Remember life is too short for fake butter, cheese or people!
This is one of our catering recipes that makes us stand out from the
crowd.

Honey Jalapeño Butter

1 pound (I prefer salted)
** butter half softened, half melted
3 tablespoons honey
2 jalapeño Peppers (halved and seeded)
Salt & pepper to taste
In a food processor put jalapeños, softened butter, honey and blend.
Slowly add melted butter end it will whip into creamy consistency. Use
on any fresh steamed vegetables to add a delicious, complex
zing!

Will keep refrigerated for two weeks or more.
